Dhana Denies Cooperation with Six Companies

“It is still too early to declare whether there is any crime or not.”
Dhana Widyatmika’s attorney denied all stories published by the media on his client. The attorney said that it is still too early to assess any criminal element in this case.

The attorney also denied Dhana’s cooperation with the companies he handled while he was working in the Directorate General of Taxes.

“It is still too early to declare whether there is any crime or not,” said Attorney Daniel Afredo while assisting Dhana in the AGO office, Friday, March 2.

Daniel said Dhana has various sources of income.

Dhana was only transferred from the Directorate General of Taxes to Jakarta Tax Office for a month. Dhana’s wife, DA, is an employee of the Directorate General of Taxes.

Daniel continued that the AGO has confiscated several of his client’s assets, including his showroom. Meanwhile, the showroom’s director has also been questioned.

When asked about the news on the six companies that Dhana watched over, Daniel could supply answer in details.

“We have no idea about it yet,” said Daniel.
